A single building application is simple and straight forward.
- We need to receive a completed data form in order to analyze it. The link asks you to email us for such.
- We will do a basic analysis to see if we can add value. In some instances we find that we cannot add value because there is no water source or it is insufficient. Other reasons may be that heating/cooling requirements are low and therefore the savings do not justify the expense.
- We will tell you whether or not we can add value, and if we can, provide you with some initial estimate. If under financed sale we cannot provide you with at least 10% savings we do not consider the project viable.
- If we believe we can add value we will examine whether there is sufficient and good water source (sewage, ocean, lake, river).
- Assuming all works well we will provide you with a proposal for either a regular sale or a financed sale based on your preference.
- Once we sign a contract we will start work (based on agreed upon schedule).
- We estimate 3-4 months for completion of installation, although work within the building will be much shorter. Often it will be faster but could take longer if installation is complicated.
