Working with Us
We provide two modes of working with us:
Regular sale: You buy the systems outright as commonly done. You can buy only the systems, or the full installation. You enjoy the full amount of savings of your utility bills. We provide 10-years warranty on the systems.
Financed sale: We finance the systems and installation. We also tell you how much savings compared to your annual utility bills we can provide you. Once installed, you pay us the annual agreed upon cost and we pay the power company for the electricity bill. This model provides you with both financial protection and an operational protection. Which one should you prefer?
There is no "one size fits all" answer. If you have ample cash and low operating costs are important for your business model, the "Regular Sale" is probably preferable. If you are short on cash, but still want to reduce your operating exepnses, a "Financed Sale" is the way to go.
Either way, you will be better off than you are now.
It is important to understand that the performance of our systems depends on the local conditions and requirements and therefore, while we can provide very broad ranges, we cannot guarantee ahead of time what the savings will be.
Think of us as a custom suit. You know it will fit perfectly, but you have to be measured first.
But there is a twist: we are a custom suit that is cheaper than an off-the-shelf suit!
