Operational
System's Benefits
- Built in Reliability. The modularity of our systems allows us to use multiple, smaller, systems, instead of just one or two big ones. Therefore, if (and it has not happened yet) a unit fails, it does not affect the overall performance or operations.
- Efficiency. Over and above the inherent efficiency of our systems, the fact that we can use multiple, smaller, units allows using just the right number of units to exactly track the energy requirements curve.
- Low maintenance. Heat pumps require very low maintenance in general. Our high quality systems (ISO 9000) even have a self-cleaning cycle! Additionally, instead of 4 different systems (furnaces, boilers, chillers, cooling towers) you have only one.
- Fast changeover. If you area requires rapid changes between cooling and heating, our systems are the only ones that can allow you to do so without additional costs. All it requires is pressing a button to change the direction of the system's flows and within few hours you move from heating to cooling or vice versa.
- No "start-up" costs. Many office buildings do not start heating or cooling until it is required every day. The reason is that standard systems cost to start-up and therefore, frequent start/shut-down cycle is not optional. At the same time, the systems are too big to be used for low level cooling or heating. The modularity of our systems and their nature results in no "start-up" costs and ability to start/shut-down as needed.
