Moti Levi, CEO

 

Dr. Levi holds a PhD from The Wharton School and has been a professor of Supply Chain and Information Systems at Tulane University, Penn State University and Temple University’s Fox School of Business.  He has taught and published on Contracting, Procurement, Operations Management, Strategy, eCommerce and Information Systems.  Most recently, Dr. Levi was the CEO of Life Group, LLC, which provides financial planning and wealth management advisory services to small businesses.  He consults to Source California on various issues to support the finance and construction of power plants in locations worldwide.  Dr. Levi has consulted for DuPont, IBM, Accenture, and Air Products and Chemicals. Before coming to the US Dr. Levi co-founded and was the Managing Editor of what became the leading Architecture/Interior Design magazine in Israel, Itzuv Habait, with $2 million annual revenues. He is a Sergeant (res) in the Israeli Defense Forces.

 

Jimmy W. Wang, President and Chief Technology Officer

 

Mr. Wang has expertise in water resources, hydraulic engineering and information technology.  Mr. Wang graduated with a Masters of Engineering in Hydraulic Engineering and Water Resource Management from the Asian Institute of Technology.  He has 10 years of experience in hydraulic engineering and water management, serving in a variety of research, project management and engineering functions.  Mr. Wang also holds a Masters of Science in Information Technology from St. Joseph’s University, and works as Senior Technical IT Staff at Princeton University.  Mr. Wang will join Chi Sage on a full-time basis in 2010.

 

Andy Fei, Chairman and Chief Business Development Officer

 

Mr. Fei has served over 20 years as the CEO of companies specializing in China-US import-export services.  In the course of building four successful ventures, Mr. Fei was directly responsible for procurement, quality control and oversight for contract manufacturing in China, as well all regulatory approvals and licenses in businesses grossing over $200 million in revenues.  Most recently, Mr. Fei has served as CEO of an import-export business for musical instruments specializing in high-end pianos.  In each of these ventures, Mr. Fei has been responsible for all business development activities in China and the United States.

 

Elinor Haider, Chief Operating Officer

 

Ms. Haider has 15 years of finance, real estate and government experience in various economic development roles, most recently serving as the Chief of Staff for the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development.  With a MBA in Real Estate Finance from the Wharton School, Ms. Haider’s expertise is structuring complex transactions requiring various federal, state and local subsidies.  She has raised over $100 million in public resources to fund commercial real estate projects.  Ms. Haider also served in business development functions and was responsible for a citywide business retention program for over 100 corporate tenants, representing 6 million SF of office leases and 24,000 jobs. 

 

Leland Maxwell, Chief Financial Officer

 

Mr. Maxwell has 25 years of accounting and finance experience.  He has an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School, as well as CPA and CVA licenses.  Prior to founding Maxwell Consulting, Mr. Maxwell served in various senior management capacities at private and public companies including CFO, Corporate Controller and Plant Controller.

 

Maoz  Barav, Director of Project Management

 

Mr. Barav has over 25 years of management experience in planning, design and implementation of control systems in the power and pharmaceutical industries. Managed engineering and development groups with 2 Fortune 500 companies, including design and build with P&L responsibilities for multi-million dollar projects including close cooperaton with clients' management and A&E companies. Mr. Barav has a BS in electrical engineering from Cal State U Northridge and an MS in management science from California West Coast University.

 

Brandon Irish, Director of Sales

 

Mr. Irish is the founding President of SCG Energy, specializing in clean and renewable energy solutions.  With over 15 years of executive management and sales experience, Mr. Irish has led oil and natural gas exploration and development projects.
