Chi Sage Systems

If your building(s), structures, development, or area qualify:
1. Chi Sage will install Heating, Cooling, Hot and Chilled water, and Refrigeration systems in your building, or area.
2. Chi Sage will maintain the systems for the 15 years contract time.
3. Chi Sage will guarantee performance.

Chi Sage will do the above three at NO COST to you!
No fine print – as simple as it sounds.

4. Chi Sage will calculate your Current Annual Cost (CAC) for the applications you need.

• The electricity, gas, and other expenses for creating heating, cooling, and hot/cold water.
• The cost of water that gets lost in the cooling tower (if such exists).
• The cost of annual maintenance.
• If it is a new building, we will either use an agreed upon third party or comparable buildings for estimation of expected costs.

5. Chi Sage will offer you immediate savings compared to those costs.
6. The savings will be at least 10% or we will not do the project.

7. Your new annual payment, once the system is installed, will be the Baseline

• Baseline = CAC – Savings.
• Example: if your current expenses as calculated in (4) are $1 million, and we promised you 20% savings, your new annual bill is $800,000.

8. Once the system is installed, you will pay us the Baseline in equal monthly installments.
9. We pay the power company for the operation of the systems.

Note: The Baseline is indexed to the following:

• Electricity prices.
• Usage. We allow some fluctuation given changes in temperatures and occupancy or building usage, but generally, you commit to the baseline and we only allow 3% (annual calculation) over this baseline.
