System's Benefits
LEED score (US based but works similarly in other places):
- Your building receives 22 - 37 points just by changing your current systems to ours!
- Implementing various management solutions (planning, simulation, etc.) would get you several more points. There is no other system that can achieve that. For existing buildings this is th eonly way to achieve so many points without very high capital expenditures. In fact, you are saving money by doing so.
The LEED scale is:
- Certified = 40 - 49 points.
- Silver = 50 - 59 points.
- Gold = 60 - 79 points.
- Platinum = 80 - 100 points.
- The system plugs to existing pipes. There is no need to change the building or for new building, to use different design principles.
- By eliminating the cooling towers the top floors are released, and the structural load requirements on the building are lowered.
- One modular system instead of 4 different systems (Gas Furnace, Boiler, Chillers, Cooling towers).
